They started to do short animations. their first animated shorts showing Mickey were Plane Cray and Gallopin Gaucho. Later they added a voice and Mickey was a sensation in that times. You're dead if you aim only for kids. Adults are only kids grown up, anyway.

As a conclusion i would like to tell about his one quote “We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we're curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.” That means curiosity taught people to find a lot of new inventories and lead to success, don`t say in one place, move forward, be interested in this world, stay positive.  And don`t stay in achieved success, just move on .I do not like to repeat successes, I like to go on to other things.

Mary Kay

Mary Kathlyn Wagner  is an American business leader and  entrepreneur. She was born on May 12,1918 Hot Wells Texas. Mary Kay Ash stands out  as one of America`s business giants. Her story is unique, her ideas were bold. And her actions were revolutionary. They opened new doors of opportunity for women and left an incredible  mark on American culture. Her childhood was hard, but still she did`n stop moving forward. She used to hear a lot from her mother the words " You can do it Mary, you can do it" these words helped her to encourage and motivate her in future.

MARY KAY WAY

After her bad experiences in the traditional workplace,Ash set out to create her own business at the age of 45. She started with an initial investment of  $5000 in 1963. She purchased the formulas for skin lotions from the family of a tanner who created the products while he worked on hides. With her son Richard Rogers, she opened a small store in Dallas and had nine salespeople working for her. Today there are more than 1.6 million salespeople working for Mary Kay Inc. around the world. The company turned a profit in its first year and sold close to $1 million in products by the end of its second year driven by Ash`s business acumen and philosophy. The basic premise was much like the products she sold  earlier in her career. Her cosmetics were sold through at-home parties and other events. But Ash strove to make her business different by employing incentive programs and not having sales territories for her representatives. She believed in the golden rule- treat others as you want to be treated - and operated by the motto: God first, family second and career third. Ash wanted everyone in the organization to have the opportunity to benefit from their success. All of her marketing skills and people savvy helped make Mary Kay Cosmetics a very lucrative business. The company went public in 1968, but it was bought back by Ash and her family in 1985 when the store price took a hit. The business itself remained successful and now annual sales exceed $2.2 billion, according to the company`s website. She was known by her personality that her love is a pink color. She admired for her strategies and the result they achieved, she wrote several books about her experience in Mary Kay and in her personal life.

Don't limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve. Mary Kay Ash was a person who proved that woman can achieve a lot in this life, and time is not important, whether you released  late or early. If you have a dream or goal , just go for that."We must have a theme, a goal, a purpose in our lives. If you don't know where you're aiming, you don't have a goal. My goal is to live my life in such a way that when I die, someone can say, she cared." Such a wonderful quote that motivates us. I hope she will be an example of a lot ladies who has dream and think that they cannot achieve. Everything is possible in this life.

Bill Gates

Bill Gates
William Henry “Bill” Gates III is co-founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Microsoft Corporation, the world`s leading provider of software for personal computers. He was born   October 28,1955 in Seattle, Washington.  .  Bill Gates graduated from Lakeside school in 1973 with high score on the SAT and enrolled at Harvard Colledge in that year autumn. He  didn`t have a definite study plan while a student at Harvard and spent a lot of time using the school computers. Gates was keeping touch with Paul Allen, and he joined him at Honeywell during the summer of 1974. The following year saw the release of the MITSS Altair 8800 based on the Intel 8080CPU, then Gates and Allen saw this as the opportunity to start their own computer software company. Gates dropped out of Harvard at this time to start his own.
company in USA.

Microsoft is not about greed. It's about innovation and fairness.

Success is a lousy teacher. It seduces smart people into thinking that  cant lose. It is words of Bill Gates, who achieved a lot in his life. His achievements made our lives easier  to save time. Nowadays every Personal computer and every laptop uses the Microsoft Corporation product. The way to his success started in 1975. Gates contracted Micro Instrumentation and Telemetry Systems (MITS) the creators of the new microcomputer, to inform them that he and others were working on a BASIC interpreter for the platform. Paul Allen was hired into MITS and Gates took a leave of absence from Harvard to work with Allen at MITS. They named their partnership “Micro-Soft” and had their  first office located in Albuquerque. Within a year , the hyphen was dropped, and on November 26,1976 the trade name “Microsoft” was registered with office of the Secretary of the State of New Mexico. Microsoft  launched its first retail version of Microsoft Windows on November 20,1985.

Everything and everyone is a teacher for us, as well Bill Gates, he is one of the most  successful person in our times, and he is the example of a lot of people, I learned a lot from Bill Gates."People always fear change. People feared electricity when it was invented, didn't they? People feared coal, they feared gas-powered engines... There will always be ignorance, and ignorance leads to fear. But with time, people will come to accept their silicon masters."  this simply telling us how many difficulties he passed to get his success  , to change the world, to leave his name in the history of technology. Success comes from failure, the more you fail, the more you try to get success, this helps us not to give up even we fail.
